Chris Specht, Vice President, Brand Development
Chris Specht was named Vice President, Brand Development at Shine America in May 2012.
Specht currently develops and facilitates multi-platform brand partnership and integration deals for many of the company's top TV series including The Biggest Loser, MasterChef, MasterChef Junior and The Face.
Prior to joining Shine America, Specht served as a Director at UPP Entertainment Marketing, where he created and led the company’s production services division.
Before that, Specht worked with the integrated marketing team at MTV Networks where he oversaw brand integrations on some of the network’s top shows including Viva La Bam and Wild Boys.
Specht began his career at Bunim-Murray Productions, where he served as Director of Business Development working on such series as The Real World and Road Rules for MTV.
Specht holds a BA in Radio, TV and Film from California State University, Long Beach and currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife Patty and two children.
