Jeff Friedman, Senior Vice President, Business & Legal Affairs

As SVP, Business and Legal Affairs, Jeff Friedman is responsible for managing all of Shine America's day-to-day business and legal affairs matters including the development, production, distribution and exploitation of all U.S. unscripted and scripted television and digital media programming as well as Shine America's merchandising, ancillary and licensing businesses.

Friedman joined the company (then known as Reveille) in 2008 in the newly created role of VP, Business & Legal Affairs and was promoted to SVP, Business and Legal Affairs in 2011. The programming he oversees includes NBC's The Biggest Loser, FOX's MasterChef, Bravo's Tabatha Takes Over, Oxygen's The Face, MSN's Appetite for Life, and Yahoo!'s Who Knew?.

Prior to joining the company, he worked as director of business & legal affairs for Fox Television Studios and prior to that practiced law for a Chicago-based entertainment law firm.

Friedman is a graduate of Northwestern University and the DePaul University College of Law and is also a television play-by-broadcaster and sideline reporter for live event sports programming.
