Rob Smith was named Executive Vice President, Creative Affairs, Endemol Shine North America in February 2015.

Previously Smith spent more than a decade building Endemol USA into one of the most successful producers of reality television in the country, overseeing some of the most popular shows in reality television history.

Smith oversaw Endemol USA’s robust development and production slate, current programming and the studio’s broad portfolio of hit shows, including daytime syndicated series “The Steve Harvey Show” (NBCU) and “Wipeout” (ABC).

Smith was also was responsible for successes such as the hit game show “Deal or No Deal,” which aired over 200 episodes on NBC and the two-time Emmy award-winning series “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” on ABC.

Prior to joining Endemol USA in 2002, he worked for Telepictures, serving as a supervising producer for the syndicated news magazine “EXTRA.”
